NIMG-96. SPINAL MENINGEAL MASS LESION: A RARE PRESENTATION OF FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA

Abstract OBJECTIVE We aim to describe a case of follicular lymphoma that presented as durally-based thoracic spine lesion manifested rapidly progressive back pain and meningismus. BACKGROUND Follicular is one the most common forms non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma; however, it rare for present spinal meningeal mass lesion. METHODS This report review literature. RESULTS A 38-year-old man developed progressed over month with associated severe focal tenderness his mid lower spine. He intermittent numbness bilateral extremities, nuchal rigidity, difficulty sleeping, night sweats. An MRI demonstrated dorsal intradural, extramedullary enhancing from T6-T9 extending outside canal. Dural thickening across entire circumference cord was noted. CT-guided biopsy performed, pathology consistent lymphoma. FDG PET: CT no systemic disease. Bone marrow negative malignancy. Symptoms resolved dexamethasone therapy. treated bendamustine rituximab follow up two months later demonstrating complete response. DISCUSSION illustrates an unusual presentation Though rare, should be included in differential diagnosis dural Prompt initiation treatment can lead response resolution symptoms.
